Vici is in beta. We personally read every support request, and your feedback directly shapes the product. Most responses come back within 24 hours.

When emailing, please include:
- The device you're using (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 17.4)
- The Vici app version (Settings → About)
- A brief description of the issue and any steps to reproduce it
- Screenshots if relevant
Common Issues
My Strava activities aren't syncing
- Open the app → Profile → Connections → confirm Strava shows as connected
- If disconnected, tap Reconnect Strava and re-authorize
- New activities typically appear in Vici within a few minutes of syncing to Strava
- Still stuck? Email us with your Strava athlete ID and we'll investigate on our side
My training plan looks wrong
- Training plans are generated from your recent running history, personal bests, and goals
- If paces feel too fast or slow, check that your personal bests are accurate (Profile → Personal Bests)
- You can adjust your plan by tapping the coaching cards on the feed (Ask Vici) — e.g., "slow these paces down," "add a rest day," or "I'm feeling tired"
I can't log in or my verification code isn't working
- Verification codes expire after a few minutes — tap Resend code if needed
- Check your spam folder for the email
- Make sure you're entering the same email you originally signed up with
- If issues persist, email us and we'll help recover your account
The app crashed or I see "Something Went Wrong"
- Force-close and reopen the app (swipe up from the bottom and flick the Vici card away)
- Check that you're on the latest version via TestFlight
- If it persists, email us with the screen you were on and what you were doing when the error appeared
I want to delete my account
Open the app → Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Deletions have a 30-day grace period during which your data can be restored if you change your mind. After 30 days, all data is permanently removed per our Privacy Policy.
I want to change my email, distance units, or other settings
Open the app → Profile → Settings. If a setting you need isn't there yet, we'd love to hear about it — email us.
Beta Feedback
Vici is actively being built, and your feedback genuinely shapes the roadmap. If you have:
- Feature requests: Tell us what's missing — we log every request
- Coaching quality issues: If a workout, plan, or coaching insight felt off, we want to know exactly what and why
- UX feedback: Anything confusing, slow, or frustrating is worth flagging
- Praise: Also welcome 🙂 — and helps us understand what's working
Privacy & Data
For questions about your data, privacy rights, or integrations (Strava, Garmin, Apple Health, WHOOP), see our Privacy Policy. You can view, export, or delete your data at any time from within the app.
